Set of 3 Vintage Traditional Japanese Yanagiba Knives – Signed Blades

Offered here is a rare set of three vintage Japanese Yanagiba knives (single-bevel sashimi knives), all bearing signatures.

Yanagiba knives are long, slender, single-edged blades designed specifically for slicing sashimi and sushi with one continuous drawing cut. Their geometry allows exceptionally clean cuts that preserve texture and flavor.

This lot represents authentic working Japanese culinary tools with strong restoration and collector appeal.
