George Hashiguchi - BERLIN - 1992

One of the few books documenting Berlin shortly after the fall of the Berlin wall. Striking square black and white images of Berlin and its population during that period where a lot of Eastern Berlin as it used to be remained visible.

Condition: overall good condition, some stains on cover and front- and rear endpapers, interior clean and unmarked, pages with photos are clean. Comes with complete dustjacket, no tears, in very good condition.

This book documents “(East) Berlin” which Hashiguchi has visited frequently since the early 80s. The pictures in this book were taken within three months from 1990 to 1991 after the collapse of the Berlin wall.
