We present an authentic Beijing China rug, 100% handmade, belonging to the Art Deco period, dated approximately between 1950 and 1960.

The rug is woven in high-quality wool on a cotton basis, following the tradition of Beijing workshops. It features an elegant Art Deco design with a refined and balanced floral composition, typical of mid-20th-century Chinese rugs.

This is a round rug with a strong decorative presence, with a soft and uniform texture. The condition is excellent, practically like new, very little used and perfectly maintained, somewhat unusual for pieces from this period.
