From the Repubblica Italiana, a lot of 7 stamps dating 2003–2006, in MNH condition with original gum, titled Lotto di selezione in varietà e difetti di stampa, featuring notable perforation and colour shift varieties; one item is accompanied by a Certificate of Guarantee.

Interesting set of 7 stamps from the Italian Republic (period 2003-2006), characterized by the presence of important varieties and manufacturing defects that make the lot very appealing to specialists and collectors.
The lot is composed as follows:
- National Museum of Food Pastes: Exceptional variety of €0.41 with a strongly shifted vertical perforation. The stamp is accompanied by a Certificate of Guarantee from Filippo Ferrario (Milan, 2014) attesting to its originality, intact gum and perfect condition (C.E.I. n. 2737a).
- Cisitalia 202 (Europalia 2003): Value €0.52 showing a conspicuous shift of the perforation and cutting, with part of the adjacent stamp’s design visible, accompanied by the value originally issued for sale.
- Giorgio Morandi 2003: Comparison between a normal specimen and one with strong misalignment of colors in printing (out-of-register effect), values €0.41.
- Turin 2006 (Mascot Snow and Gliz): Specimen with perforation strongly shifted to the left, €0.60.
- Accademia dei Lincei (2003): Specimen of €0.41 misaligned with an intact sheet edge bearing the value of the line (€20.50), in addition to a slight offset on the back.
- Christmas 2006 (€0.65): Christmas tree, completely misaligned with a 3D effect, €0.65.
- Centenary Targa Florio (2006): Specimen with strongly shifted perforation, €0.60.
