The set is complete, well preserved, and kept in its fabric roll.

Conditions

General condition good, with an even patina of age and normal signs of use compatible with its age. A thorough polishing is noted as advisable. The plating appears uniform and still well preserved, with good brightness. No significant structural deformations are detected.

The set is fully functional and suitable for use, and also suitable as a scenographic service for vintage-style place settings.

Technical note
The ARG 800 hallmark does not identify solid silver, but a base-metal item plated with silver. The “ARG” inscription indicates the silvered nature of the object, while the number “800” refers to the fineness of the silver used for the plating (800/1000), corresponding to 80% pure silver and 20% alloy metals.
