Sugar shaker (or bonbonnière) in 800 silver, an expression of the prestigious Florentine goldsmith tradition of the mid-20th century. The piece bears the punch 290 FI, belonging to the famous Armando Zaccarini workshop, a silversmith renowned for the refinement of his executions.
Details:
• Design: Classic cup-shaped body mounted on an elegant circular stepped foot.
• Decorations: Finely chased bordures with a palmette motif (stylized leaves) that frame both the base and the edge of the lid.
• Elements of Value: Splendid lateral handles pierced with floral scrolls and a coordinated upper knob, which confer the piece a distinctive and aristocratic character.
• Workmanship: The body surface is mirror-polished, in excellent contrast with the texture of the chased decorations.
