Pair of bronze gilded candelabra in Louis XVI style dating to the 19th century or earlier.
The candlesticks feature a circular base topped by three volutes that interlock with the shaft via a central pear-shaped knop. The shaft is always decorated with very graceful volutes and the candle fittings are equally ornate.
Completely chased and finished.
Measurements: 13.5 cm diameter x 25.5 cm high approx.
Good overall condition, show the usual signs of wear from age, and one of the two has lighter gilding and in some areas it is missing. (see photos). The candelabra are slightly bent, a sign of antiquity.
