Description from the seller

Enamelled cast iron cocotte, exterior red and interior light, compact and functional in size.
It is equipped with a chromium-plated steel frame allowing easy handling and oven use.

Cocotte dimensions:
Length: 26 cm
Width: 23 cm
Height: 13.5 cm
weight 4.5 kg

Dimensions with frame:
Total length: 38.5 cm

Condition:
Visible chips on the inner edge of the lid
Chips also present on the edge of the cocotte (see photos)
These flaws are related to use and remain essentially aesthetic. The cocotte is perfectly functional.

Ideally suited for slow-cooked dishes, gratins, roasts, and slow oven or stovetop cooking.

The benefits of enameled cast iron
Enameled cast iron provides even heat distribution and excellent thermal inertia, guaranteeing steady and controlled cooking.
It is particularly well suited for slow cooking, helping to preserve flavors and textures of foods.
The enamel coating protects the iron and prevents any interaction with foods, while making maintenance easier.
Rugged and durable, enameled cast iron is designed for heavy use and retains heat for a long time once the dish is served.

Protected and careful shipping
