Description from the seller
This item ships from the EU. I CANNOT SHIP TO AMERICA until Trump's Tariffs are shut down.
Once payment is made, I must ship the item within three days.
I cannot hold and combine outside of those parameters.
I will do my best to combine orders within that. I can ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED ON CATAWIKI. If you have two addresses, please manage your address before buying.
All this aside, I very much appreciate selling you books from my collection and hope they find a good home.
Architects construct models in order to better visualize their projects, to make them more tangible. Even after a building is realized, its model can offer new insights about the creative process of the designer. Photographed by Takashi Homma, the selection in this book comes exclusively from Japanese practices, spanning from the heyday of the Metabolists in the 1960s and 70s to the bubble economies collapse and the 21st century. Included are many notable works, among them Tadao Andos Church of the Light, Kisho Kurokawas Nakagin Capsule Tower, Toyo Itos Serpentine Gallery Pavilion, houses by Itsuko Hasegawa, and Ryue Nishizawas Teshima Art Museum.
