Description from the seller

Valued tablecloth that is part of a high craftsmanship Italian linen set from the 1980s/1990s. The item is a “Stock Room Find,” i.e., an era object never used, never washed and still preserved in its original sealed packaging.

Fabric: High-quality Mistolino (Linen/Cotton), fresh, durable, and natural white in color.

Workmanship: The ruffle is entirely decorated with a high insert of Cantù Lace (pillow lace/Tombolo technique) executed strictly by hand. The design (Model Art. 673) features complex floral motifs with relief work and elegant scrolls.

Dimensions: standard (indicated as "m.l." on the label).

Guarantee and Authenticity Elements
Control stamp: Present is a numbered label from the "Linen Protection Commission," certifying the quality and origin of the fiber.
Original seals: The packaging still bears the original price in lire (415,000 lire), testimony to the high commercial value already at the time of production.
Documentation: Includes an illustrated sheet with the diagram of the artisanal design.

Condition
The item is new and sealed. Despite its age, no halos or moisture stains are visible through the packaging, making it a rare piece in terms of conservation.

Notes for the Buyer
This tablecloth is a classic example of “parade linen,” intended for special occasions or antique textile collectors. Even just the lacework requires hundreds of hours of patient manual labor, making each piece unique.

Summary Assessment
Rarity: High (due to intact seals).
Craftsmanship: Excellent
