From around 1870, in Pforzheim, doublé rolled plates were produced according to a new process, giving rise to a collaboration of the largest producers of doublé jewelry such as Rodi & Wienerberger, Speidel, Andreas Daub and A. Odenwald.
From 1890–1900 these large companies began to specialize in the new method for manufacturing jewelry with "rolled" or rolled gold (Doublé), and their name was thereby internationally established.
On a double-pressed tombac plate, a layer of silver was first cast, then a thin gold layer was rolled on twice, after which the plates were brought to the ateliers for making jewelry.
After manufacturing a piece of jewelry, it was carefully polished with a guarantee of lifelong gold luster, as evidenced by this bracelet!
Antique doublé jewelry is now sporadically found and is highly collectible!

Photos are enlarged; for the exact dimensions, please check the specifications.
The bracelet will be lightly cleaned before shipping and sent by registered mail in a Gift Box, insured, with Track and Trace.
Any customs duties are for the recipient (costs to buyer).
