Shipping costs are justified because each package is personalized, suitable for each object, and because we include transportation scheduling for medium and large items, as well as insurance for these. When you receive your order, you must open it and confirm that the item is in good condition. If the item or packaging is damaged or tampered with in any way, please indicate “DAMAGED DELIVERY”, otherwise we will not accept any type of claim. Insurance companies and carriers are inflexible in this matter and require us to ask buyers to provide immediate proof of successful delivery.
