Pack consisting of 2 bottles (2 Capri line, 2 Biolio line and 1 Sabina line) of 500 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by Azienda Agricola Centonze Antonino, Sicily - Italy.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Riserva Blend".
Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent.
Medium-light fruity flavor, rounded and full.
Excellent balance with a tomato, almond and artichoke finish.
Ideal with all fish but also with legume soups, red meats, cheeses and all vegetable-based dishes.
Our oil is a “unicum” in itself thanks to the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the mineral abundantly present in the tufaceous rock on which they majestically stand. The location transfers to olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced organoleptic strength notes typical of Sicilian cultivars.
The Centonze oil is characterized, like a pure food ideal for enhancing all the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, with its green color, fruity aroma and a rich and complex aromatic composition.
