SABA
The “Saba”, the Emiliano name for cooked grape must, is a fresh product, already used in these lands since the time of the ancient Romans. The must from local grapes is cooked in the open air for many hours, concentrating it until it becomes particularly sweet and dense. Traditionally it pairs with cheeses and, due to its sweetness, it has been rediscovered in pastry for use on ice creams, creams, and ricotta-based desserts.
AGRODOLCE BIANCO
Agrodolce Bianco Giusti originates from the gentle pressing of Trebbiano grapes, from which a juice especially sweet is obtained. This is then blended with high-quality white wine vinegars, and matured in French oak barriques and ash. This procedure keeps intact the more fruity and floral aromas of the vine varietal, creating a very likable condiment thanks to the contrast between low acidity and the sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus. Fresh and balanced, it is extremely versatile and easy to use.
OLIO EXTRAVERGINE DI OLIVA AL TARTUFO
The Giusti Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Truffle is a precious condiment obtained from the blend of a delicate selection of extra virgin olive oil and dehydrated truffle shavings. The union of these two excellences gives rise to a condiment characterized by the unmistakable aroma of truffle and the vegetal notes of the extra virgin olive oil. Enveloping and persistent, the Giusti Truffle Oil is a versatile and balanced condiment, able to enhance with a few drops the taste of every recipe and preparation, from antipasti such as carne battuta, to primi like pasta and risotti, up to meat, fish, and vegetable mains.
OLIO EXTRAVERGINE DI OLIVA

The olives are hand-picked, as in the old days, and are processed within a few hours through a state-of-the-art cold system, which preserves all nutritional and organoleptic properties. The result is an oil with a medium fruitiness, characterized by notes of green tomato, artichoke, and Mediterranean herbs.

CONDIMENTO BALSAMICO AL TARTUFO
