Our oil is a true “unicum” precisely because of the unique characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by minerals abundant in the tufaceous rock from which they rise majestically. The location transmits to the olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced organoleptic strength typical of Sicilian cultivars.
