Acetaia Cattani is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the ancient Estense dominions. This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of Aceto Balsamico di Modena due to its geological, climatic, and cultural conditions.
These 6 bottles of 250 ml of Modena Balsamic Vinegar aged 3 years are the fruit of the skill and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the old family and the passage of time. In a harmonious interweaving of delicate flavors, the aromas and characteristic scents are offered to the palate, revealing the refinement of slow maturation in barrels of precious wood.
This product has 6% acidity and uses as its raw material Trebbiano di Spagna grapes, well suited to the balance between sweetness and acidity.
