Splendid carved-frame mirror, coated with a very fine gold leaf.
Scenographic, beautiful in appearance and shape, this mirror is distinguished by meticulous reticulated engravings made on antique gilt that confer an antique character.
The refined eight decorations of gilded acanthus leaves placed at each corner elegantly enrich it, and a large inner braided border adds depth.
The substantial thickness of the front profile 10 cm and the exceptional large outer border decorated with shells all around the frame give it notable grandeur and majesty.
The rich light and dark gilding makes it evocative and luminous under both natural and artificial light, giving it a strong visual impact, splendid and sparkling even from a distance.
The frame mounts a refined mirror with beveled edges.
A jewel of extreme elegance, this mirror, very well cared for in its details and richly covered with gold leaf, presents itself in optimal dimensions.
