Description
Elegant armchair in French Louis XV style, dating from the second quarter of the 20th century (circa 1920–1940).
The chair is crafted from solid wood with beautifully carved Cabriole legs and a carved floral ornament in the crest. The warm honey-colored patina gives the piece a classic and refined appearance.
The upholstery is executed in hand-embroidered petit point / cross-stitch with a rich floral motif. Both the seat and back are beautifully centered embroidered. The upholstery is framed by original decorative nails, which enhances the artisanal character.
