Grand wall plaque in Art Deco style – 33 cm – Bronze with green patina

Superb and large wall model representing The Horses of Apollo, emblematic work of the French sculptor Max Le Verrier, a major figure of Art Deco.

This spectacular composition depicts Apollo rising from the waves, surrounded by his solar horses, in a dynamic mise-en-scène accentuated by stylized rays typical of the 1925–1935 period.
