Modus Vivendi, signed by Francesco Radino on the title page, is a first edition from Idea Books Milano-New York (1989) in Italian and English, with 124 pages and 52 full-page black-and-white photographs, a soft cover, measuring 26 × 28 cm, in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
Exceptionally signed copy on the title page by Francesco Radino (1947–2022), unattainable elsewhere on the Internet in a signed copy. 124 pages, 52 full-page black-and-white photographs, text in English, and in Italian by Roberta Valtorta. Softcover illustrated with dust jackets. In excellent condition.
Experimental photographer, Francesco Radino reiterates an idea of photography as a means of defining moments of reality and only moments in a spirit of constant relativism. His photography is a quick flash that illuminates objects and places and enables a sudden vision of them. Francesco Radino moves from one place to another while observing the mutations, the analogies and the formal references that he detects from one place to another.
Francesco Radino, based in Milan, produced a photographic oeuvre of great quality and he has participated in numerous projects with the most well-known Italian authors such as Gianni Berengo Gardin, Gabriele Basilico or Luigi Ghirri and others. His works have been exhibited at the Museo di Fotografia Contemporanea (MUFOCO) in Cinisello Balsamo near Milan from June 18 to October 8, 2023.
