Old, rare Dogon door from Mali, a so-called granary door with locking, completely carved with many figures in the form of women and men, decorated with hand-carved wave bands, all in hard wood / West Africa, consisting of two panels with forged iron clamps, age from the first half of the 20th century around 1930/40, original untreated condition.
Overall size approx. 80x47x5 cm, weight almost 3 kg.
Condition good, age and signs of use present—see photos, they are part of the auction.
