Océanic - Régate Tube radio

This distinctive, typically French radio has been fully restored, is ready for daily use, and will be a real eye-catcher in any living room.
Wooden case and “ears” stripped, colored and protected with clear high-gloss varnish.
Front and knobs deeply cleaned and gilded parts repainted.
The radio is completely original with two additions:
- Solid State tuner: very good reception on FM 87.5-108MHz with whip antenna;
- Bluetooth receiver (not HI-FI);
There is reception on the AM bands (long, medium, short and the 49m shortwave band); however, reception is strongly dependent on the local situation).
All non-mica/ceramic capacitors replaced.
Scale and front lighting with LED strips 6VDC.
Input for turntable (external preamp) and output for external speaker (5-8 Ohm) with banana plugs.

Tubes: EZ80-EL84-EF80-EBF80-ECH81 (testing +90%), EM34 (test 85%, “magic eye”, connected as VU meter), EABC80 (test +90%, added for FM preamplifier & Bluetooth).
Output power: 4 Watts into 1 full-range speaker.
