Description
Elegant covered soup tureen by Rosenthal meets Versace, crafted in fine porcelain and decorated in the distinctive opulent Versace baroque style.
The piece features a rich red ground with elaborate gilt scrollwork, framed by black borders with intricate gold ornamentation. At the centre is a classical medallion motif depicting a mythological chariot scene, a design language closely associated with Versace’s neoclassical aesthetic.
The tureen is fitted with sculptural wing-shaped side handles finished in matte gold, giving the piece both dramatic presence and functional grip when serving. The domed lid, decorated with a black and gold baroque border, is topped with a stylised wing-form finial, echoing the design of the handles and completing the harmonious Versace design.
