Description from the seller

Beautiful cabinet originally for storing clothes.
Hence the depth is 60 cm inside.
Still a very beautiful wardrobe.
Lovely blond oak of very high quality.
The style is clearly a cross between French elegance and German sturdiness.
Alsace has always been a region where the French and the Germans alternated possession, and most people there speak both languages.
Very solidly made; this cabinet is from the late 18th century, and can still become hundreds of years older.

Transport:
In the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, France and Spain we transport the furniture in packing blankets and bring it inside. For other countries we use a wooden pallet in sturdy cardboard and water-resistant plastic wrap up to the front door.
For islands we charge a higher rate, delivery is to the door, please help because the driver is alone, the driver may not go inside or up the stairs.
The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.
He has your phone number and email address.

>>> These transports usually do not have a track and trace system.
I place a dummy code in the computer system of Catawiki.
You cannot track the transport.
Take photos of the packaging on receipt to rule out damage during transport.
Usually it is not possible to ship within three days, you can ignore the remarks from Catawiki.
Usually it takes between three and seven days on the road.
You approve and sign for good receipt with the driver.
Any damage you must report immediately in this form.
That is required for the insurance.
Damage that occurs afterwards is at your own risk.
An 'empty' form means good receipt.
The carrier will call you to arrange delivery.
You are free to arrange the transport yourself as well, indicate that at your payment to Catawiki.

For countries outside Europe you must pay extra customs costs and there are extra costs for clearance and administration. For non-European countries I quote a single amount for convenience but amounts can vary.
I’m happy to inform you. Please contact me.
