Each tile is made following the design that develops according to the artisan's imagination and the availability of the various woods. Each cutting board requires about a week of work to complete, including the drying times of the glue under pressure. Each cutting board is a one-of-a-kind piece. You are fortunate to own an excellent product of Italian craftsmanship. New, never used. Only treatment: food-grade mineral oil. It is advisable to use it also for maintenance.
