Description from the seller
PERU. Lima. 1 Sol. 1934
- Value: 1 Sol.
- Year: 1934.
- Inscriptions: Obverse: FIRM AND HAPPY FOR THE UNION. Reverse: REPUBLICA PERUANA · UN SOL · 1934.
- Grading: MS61 (NGC).
Silver 1 Sol coin with the seated Liberty allegory on the obverse, depicted with spear and shield, in a classical style with balanced composition, with good rendering of the drapery folds and correct definition of the symbolic elements. The reverse shows the national coat of arms of Peru inside a vegetal crown, with the quarters well identifiable and legends clearly legible. Issue in almost uncirculated condition, with firm relief and very light wear concentrated at the highest points, preserving appreciable original luster in the fields and a uniform gray patina that enhances the overall appearance and provides visual appeal.
Disclaimer: For orders shipped outside the European Union, I want to leave absolutely clear that I do ship from Spain, which means that if the package is sent to any country outside the European Union, and/or inside EU that has special tax agreement (example: Canary Islands), it might be stopped in your local customs and they might ask you to pay taxes. This is a customs legal procedure and it is completely out of our control. Thanks for your understanding.
