The Minolta 16 spy camera, model 16, in very good physical condition and tested and working, from the 1950s (1950–1960), serial number 700332, uses 16 mm film and includes a wrist strap.
Description from the seller
This small spy camera is perfect for taking photos without others noticing. It has been tested and found to be functioning. Only at 1/30 of a second can the shutter sometimes stick. The rest works as intended.
Includes:
- Minolta 16
- Wrist strap
Film format: Uses 16mm film (perforated or unperforated) in special Minolta cassettes.
Availability: Ready-made cassettes are rare, but the original cassettes are designed to be reloadable with 16mm film or cut-down 35mm film.
Image quality: Due to the small negatives, photos often have a grainy and atmospheric character, comparable to cinematic documentary footage.
Focusing: Most models have a fixed focus that is sharp from about 2.5 meters to infinity, unless close-up auxiliary lenses are used.
