Description from the seller
Louis XVI-style Vanity – Napoleonic III Era
Elegant French vanity in the Louis XVI taste, dating from the Napoleon III period (second half of the 19th century), characterized by sober, balanced lines typical of Neoclassicism.
Made of lacquered wood in ivory tones, it features a rectangular top and three front drawers, of which the central one is wider, all enriched with molded frames and bronze handles with classical motifs.
The upper mirror is framed by fluted supports with turned terminals and is adjustable thanks to the bronze side knobs. The mirror is shaped and inset in a molded frame that echoes the formal elegance of the overall piece.
The fluted, baluster-like legs are connected by perimeter stretchers and enhanced with decorative carved elements at the top, giving the structure a sense of dynamism and lightness.
Conditions consistent with the period, with signs of aging on the lacquer attesting to its authenticity and charm.
Dimensions:
Total height: 145 cm
Width: 96 cm
Depth: 54 cm
Height to the top surface: 81 cm
Code: TLXVI9032
* For deliveries to territories classified as ISLANDS, a surcharge on shipping costs applies.

Please note that, as these are antique or vintage items, there may be slight defects, signs of wear, or small imperfections resulting from their long journey through time. Such characteristics are to be considered an integral part of the charm and historical value of each piece.
