Description
Decorative pair of antique vases by Villeroy & Boch, produced at the factory in Bonn at the end of the 19th century.
The vases feature a blue and white transfer decoration with a landscape scene within a cartouche and a geometric pattern around the body. The elegant bottle shape and classic decoration are characteristic of Villeroy & Boch earthenware from this period and were inspired by Delft and English transferware designs.
