Description from the seller

For sale is a lot of 3 genuine, naturally occurring gold nuggets from Australia.

The nuggets originate from the renowned gold region Kalgoorlie–Boulder, Western Australia. They were obtained through manual prospecting, without the use of chemical or environmentally harmful substances. The extraction was carried out exclusively by mechanical separation and water recovery. They are unprocessed, unrefined natural gold that has not been melted.

You will receive exactly the three gold nuggets shown in the photos.

Australian gold – particularly from the Kalgoorlie region – is among the purest natural gold deposits worldwide. The fineness typically lies around 22 to 24 carats, corresponding to a gold content of about 96–99%. Minor natural inclusions, such as tiny quartz portions, may be present and are a typical feature of genuine natural gold.

A gold nugget is a naturally formed piece of gold that has been liberated from its original rock over millions of years through geological processes such as weathering, erosion, and natural currents. Such conditions occur only under very rare and favorable geological circumstances. Less than 1% of gold found worldwide exists in nugget form, giving natural nuggets a special rarity and collector value.

In contrast to melted gold (e.g., bars or jewelry), natural gold nuggets are not solely valued by their fineness. Due to their natural shape, rarity, and uniqueness, genuine nuggets are often traded above the current gold spot price.
