Description from the seller

It is a fascinating portrait of actress and singer Georgia Carrol, executed by the great American photographer Clarence Sinclair Bull probably in 1941 when the film "Ziegfeld Girls" was shot, with Hedy Lamarr, Judy Garland and Lana Turner.
Clarence Sinclair Bull (1896-1979) was one of the greatest American photographers of the "golden age", an excellent portraitist, he was Greta Garbo's favorite photographer, and for 40 years he led the photographic department at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer; his photographs are in museums and collections around the world.
This image of the beautiful George Carrol is typical of those years, an indoor photograph, in a classic pose of the era, which highlights the beauty of the actress and dancer skillfully posed on a small sofa, with the perfect lighting for a studio shot.
The photograph measures 20.3x25.3, is printed on heavy semi-matt paper, and is duly signed on the back with an interesting description of the film typed as well.
Excellent overall condition.
