Rare Art Deco cube-shaped ink bottle in solid lead crystal, signed with the Baccarat mark “B,” dating from around 1930; cube measurements are 7.5 cm on each side, weighing 299.8 g, with a bronze/brass-mounted frame showing a natural patina, originating from France (private collection from France/Switzerland) and in fairly good used condition with minor possible flaws.

Rare Cubic Art Deco Inkstand – Cut Mass Crystal – Signed "B" (Baccarat) – Circa 1930
Description of the object:
Splendid collectible inkstand from the Art Deco era (1925-1935), showcasing a minimalist "Ice Cube" modernist aesthetic of great purity. This prestige desk accessory perfectly embodies the functional luxury of the 1930s.
Material: Block of high-density solid crystal (lead crystal), offering exceptional refraction and light play ("prismatic effect").
Design: Perfect cubic shape, cut and wheel-polished. The stopper features an inverted-diamond cut, creating a fascinating optical illusion inside the flask.
Mounting: Hinge and ferrule in bronze/brass with a natural patina. A cold-stamped "B" mark on the mount, characteristic of the renowned Baccarat House.
