Warranty:
The audio equipment we offer is largely vintage gear that is 40 years old or older. Each unit is carefully checked by us, professionally cleaned, and extensively tested before being offered for sale.
Despite this careful inspection, it may happen that a defect occurs upon receipt or after some time. Due to the age of the equipment, such malfunctions can occur unexpectedly and are unfortunately beyond our control.
For this reason we cannot provide a warranty on vintage equipment. We understand this can be inconvenient and we deem it important to be transparent and honest about it. Of course, we do everything in our power to deliver each unit in as good a condition as possible.
We pack our products very carefully so that the chance of transport damage remains small.
We also obtain transport insurance for every shipment.
