Description from the seller
French wall-mounted cabinet made of aluminium, dating from the 1920s.
This specific model is known for its modernist design and was often used in trains, such as those of the French national railway company SNCF.
Made of polished aluminium, which makes the item lightweight and durable.
Equipped with a central, tilting mirror, an upper rack for hats, and four round hooks.
A quintessential example of French Modernism from the Art Deco period, characterized by clean lines and tubular structures.
An industrial design reminiscent of luggage racks in French trains (such as the SNCF).
There is a sticker present.."V.T.R.".
"ARGENTURE" and "VERRE MIRODUR"
This stamp is authentic proof of the origin and quality of an antique mirror. It confirms that the glass has been treated according to a specific industrial process for silvering.

Depth 33 cm
Good condition with signs of aging and small marks.
There are black spots on the mirror called "foxing".
