Kosta Set – cobalt glass engraved – decanter + 6 cordial glasses
Elegant cordial set made in the famous Swedish glassworks Kosta Glasbruk.
The set consists of:
• decanter with its original cork
• six cordial glasses
Made of beautiful cobalt glass with a hand-engraved decoration depicting a mermaid and botanical motifs.
The decanter and glasses (except one) have the original labels “Dekor Gravyr Kosta,” which confirms the hand-made decoration in the glassworks.
Additionally, the glasses have gilded rims.
On the bottom of the decanter is a hand-engraved signature.
Origin: Sweden
Manufacturer: Kosta Glasbruk
Period: ca. 1950–1960
Decanter dimensions:
• height with cork: approx. 25 cm
• width: approx. 10 cm
Glass dimensions:
- Height: 6.5 cm
- Diameter: 4 cm
Condition: Very good for the age of the item.
No damage, only minor signs of use typical for vintage glass.
