H.H. Scott A 436 integrated amplifier, manufactured in 1976, is an excellent, tested and working 42-watts-per-channel unit weighing 10.5 kg, included power cord, with two VU meters, multiple inputs, and 19-inch rack compatibility.

This Scott A-436 integrated amplifier is part of the "Great American Sound" series, whose slogan was "only silence might be better." Delivering 42 watts per channel, it is the most powerful unit in the series, surpassing the A-426, A-416, and A-406 models. With its two magnificent handles, the device can easily slide into a 19-inch rack
Proposed in parallelle but separetely on Catawiki, (as shown in the last picture) the SCOTT tuner from the same range and same year (T-526L),
the Scott A-436 was designed to satisfy the most demanding audiophiles and enthusiasts interested in high performance (according to the documentation). The front panel features two logarithmic scale VU meters, a separate microphone input, and bass and treble controls for each channel.
The rear panel offers a comprehensive range of connections, including two phono inputs, two tape inputs, a tuner input, and an auxiliary input. The A436 can also be used as a stand alone preamplifier, or connecting an external equalizer, using the Pre-out /main-In RCA Plugs.
