Stylish and characterful side table from the 70s–80s, executed in an elegant combination of warm wood and brass. This type of table was often used as a drinks table, plant stand, or decorative pedestal, and is a beautiful example of the refined interior design of the period.
The round top features a beautiful wood veneer finish with a warm grain that highlights the natural character of the wood. The edge of the top is finished with a brass band, giving the piece a chic and classic look.
The slim central leg combines turned wood with brass accents, creating a pleasing interplay between warm and shiny materials. The copper or brass foot provides not only stability but also a stately appearance.
Thanks to its compact size, this table is highly versatile: perfect beside an armchair, as a plant stand, small coffee table, drinks table, or decorative piece of furniture. The design fits effortlessly into both a classical interior and a modern or eclectic vintage interior.
The table is in good vintage condition with light signs of wear appropriate to its age, including small scratches on the top and patina on the brass (see photos).
