Sideboard in real wood veneer from Taiwan, dating to circa 1970–1980, in good used condition with minor signs of wear; dimensions 176 cm wide, 91 cm high and 55 cm deep; part of a modular living-wall unit.
Description from the seller
This sideboard from the 1970s/1980s is part of a modular living-wall unit and has been redesigned in its design.
The individual elements have been combined into a harmonious unit and, despite their clear, functional form, appear light and balanced.
The open shelf compartments are ideal for displaying books, objects, or equipment. The softly rounded inner edges of the compartments are typical of the design of this era and give the furniture a calm, timeless appearance.
The back panel has been repainted. In addition, a new top panel was installed, color-matched to the cabinet body.
The surface appears uniform, neatly finished, and blends harmoniously into the overall look.
The legs have been re-mounted and stylistically clearly reference the 1970s/1980s era. They provide a light, floating appearance while ensuring a stable stance.
The sideboard is very sturdy, solidly built, and fully suitable for everyday use. Age-appropriate, light signs of wear may be present and underscore the authentic vintage character.
A distinctive, newly designed wall-unit element with clear lines and versatile applications.
