Description from the seller
Kodak Disc 3000 is a compact point-and-shoot camera for the Disc format, introduced in 1982 and abandoned in 1988, with a 4-element aspherical 12.5mm f/2.8 lens offering a 58-degree field of view, fixed focus and a replaceable 9V battery. It offers two shutter speeds: 1/200s at f/6 during the day and 1/100s at f/2.8 with an automatic built-in flash, LED sensor, automatic motorized film advance, sliding lens cover, and included strap for 15 exposures in the small format 8x10.5mm. This complete set includes the camera in excellent condition with a slight vintage patina, original yellow Kodak box, sealed Kodacolor VR Disc film, instruction manual and protective sleeve, ideal for collectors of Kodak analog curiosities from the 1980s. Despite its commercial flop due to graininess and development costs, it remains an icon of Kodak’s innovative failure, with a futuristic black-and-orange design.
