Pair of two Art Deco solid oak book/display cabinets with root veneer, dating to ca. 1920–1930, each 220 cm high, 104 cm wide, 45 cm deep, total width 208 cm, lockable, in good vintage condition, for pickup in Ham, Belgium.

Beautiful set of two original Art Deco library vitrines from the interwar period, crafted from solid oak with decorative burl veneer.
The cabinets are characterized by their elegant architectural design with curved lower sections, glass doors and richly detailed decorative elements. The side columns feature relief panels with a rose motif, made in bronze-colored metal, a typical decorative element from the Art Deco period.
The lower panels are finished with handsome burl veneer and a decorative scene featuring a musician, giving the furniture a distinctive character. Inside, the cabinets have several shelves and a practical drawer.
The vitrines are placed separately but form a harmonious whole together.
A characterful and decorative set that fits perfectly in a classic, vintage, or eclectic interior.
Condition
Good vintage condition with signs of wear appropriate to age. Some veneer damage and wear visible (see photos).
