1. Engraved floral decorations

The stylized leaves (ivy or grapevine-like) on the panels are typical of the Liberty style.

This type of decorative carving was very common in European furniture from the early 1900s.

2. Cast brass handles

The simple yet decorative shape of the handles is consistent with furniture of that period.

3. Structure of the piece

Panels with mouldings, low feet and fairly heavy, sturdy proportions → typical of domestic furniture from the early 20th century.

The small marble top above the nightstand was widely used in bedside tables or bedroom furniture from the late 1800s to the early 1900s.
