Description from the seller
Email sign "Please keep the driveway clear!" – Vienna, ca. 1950 (Mid Century)
Original enamel sign with the inscription "Please keep the driveway clear!", produced in Vienna around 1950. The sign comes from the Mid-Century period and was made of metal and coated with enamel – a typical and especially durable manufacturing method of the time.
The classic design with clear lettering and high-contrast colors makes the piece an authentic time document from the middle of the 20th century. Such signs were commonly mounted at driveways, courtyards, or garages and are today popular collectibles for enamel, industrial, and traffic signs.
The sign is suitable for both collectors of historic enamel signs and as a decorative vintage object for garage, workshop, or loft.
