Elegant Art Deco wall-mounted coffee grinder with a handsome porcelain reservoir bearing the inscription "Coffee" and a distinctive orange rim with geometric decoration. On the grinding housing is the brand "JAVA", a brand that was used on coffee grinders from Germany in the early 20th century.

The grinder is mounted on a wooden back panel and provided with a metal crank with a wooden knob. Under the grinding mechanism there is a glass receptacle for the ground coffee.

The design and decoration are typical of the Art Deco period (the 1920s–1930s), which makes this specimen especially attractive to collectors of vintage coffee grinders and kitchen antiques.

Due to the combination of porcelain, wood, glass and metal, this is not only a functional object but also a very decorative piece for the kitchen, cafe, or interior.
