A set of three mid-century Italian dining chairs in chestnut with a warm dark brown finish, in vintage Old America style dating from 1950–1960, featuring spindle backs with a shaped crest rail and handhold, turned spindles, saddle seats, turned legs and a stretcher base, and measuring 73 cm high by 46 cm wide by 40 cm deep in excellent condition.

Elegant set of three mid-century “Old America” style dining chairs dating from the 1950s. These chairs feature classic early American spindle-back construction with a shaped crest rail including a handhold cut-out, turned spindles, and solid saddle seats. The turned legs and stretcher base reflect traditional colonial design influences that became popular in mid-century furniture.
Manufactured in Italy for the export market, the chairs are made from chestnut or chestnut-stained hardwood and display excellent craftsmanship with a warm dark finish. They are in excellent vintage condition with a well-preserved surface and minimal signs of age, making them suitable for both practical use and decorative interiors.
