Description from the seller

Antique wooden mirror.
Dimensions: 91 x 64 cm
No damage or restorations. ~

The mirror features classic, ornate design characteristics, resembling European-style pieces, such as the D. José style (often associated with Portuguese work from the 19th–20th centuries) or variations of the Baroque style.
Ornate Frame: The piece is topped by a richly carved decorative pediment, featuring vegetal motifs, volutes, and a cutout central rosette.
Twisted Columns: The sides of the frame are composed of Solomonic (twisted) columns, a classic detail that reinforces the antique aesthetic and the intricate carpentry.
Finish: The frame has a black or very dark wood finish, which enhances the carved details and gives a sophisticated, timeless look.
Material: Similar pieces are typically made of solid wood (such as dark-stained walnut or oak) and may feature painted or veneered finishes.
Application: Due to its robust and decorative design, it is ideal for use in bedrooms, hallways, or dressing areas, and may originally have been part of a classic furniture set.
