Description from the seller
The Gossen LunaSix 3 light meter from 1966 is a classic professional analog instrument with EV sensitivity from -10 to +20 for precise measurements, both incident and reflective. It features a sliding diffusion dome for 30-degree incident light, an exposure-calculation ring with ASA/DIN scales, speeds/shutter, filter compensations, and color temperature, as well as an internal 6-stop ND filter. Powered by two PX625 mercury batteries 1.35V (adaptable with LR44 and calibration), a rocker switch for low/high range, accurate down to moonlight levels and compatible with spot/tele accessories. This unit is in excellent cosmetic condition with a slight vintage patina, responsive needle, and precise calibration, complete with the original black leather case with strap and clip. Essential for analog photographers using medium format or 35mm without an integrated light meter, a German icon of 1970s photography.
