Casa del Balsamico, Acetaia Cattani, is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the ancient Estense dominions. This area is recognised by historians as the best for the production of Modena Balsamic Vinegar due to geological, climatic and cultural conditions.
Six bottles of 250 ml of Modena IGP Balsamic Vinegar aged 2 years are the fruit of the know-how and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passage of time. In a harmonious intertwining of delicate flavors, the aromas and scents typical of it are offered to the palate, revealing the refinement of a slow maturation in oak barrels of precious wood.
This is a product with 6% acidity whose raw material is derived from Trebbiano di Spagna grapes, very suitable for a high balance between sweetness and acidity.
