Born in 2006 from Maestro Luciano Pavarotti’s request to produce a unique object to be offered at a charity auction of his Foundation. The Giusti family therefore created The Chest, a refined wooden case containing the entire Historic Collection in the classic Champagnotta format, paired with five precious balsamic vinegars aged in individual casks of Oak, Cherry, Chestnut, Mulberry, and Ash.

1 BOTTLE "A SILVER MEDAL" 250 ML.
Characterized by a rich aroma and a good, rounded balsamic acidity, the “Silver Medal” represents a highly aromatic product, capable of highlighting with its intensity the flavor of dishes to which it is added. To be used both raw and in cooking.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In French oak casks from 1900 with the addition of balsamic vinegar already aged taken from centuries-old cask batteries.

A historic product of Acetaia Giusti, “the Classic” is a balsamic of great versatility, suitable for both cooking and raw use. Of good density and excellent sweet-sour balance, it is characterized by notes of ripe fruit and hints of licorice and black pepper.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In barriques, with the addition of balsamic vinegar already aged taken from centuries-old cask batteries.

Dedicated to the ancestor who invented the recipe at the beginning of the 20th century, it comes from musts of ripe and raisinated grapes. Aromas of plum preserves and red fruit intertwine with notes of honey and vanilla in this balsamic of great density and sweetness, perfect for dressing raw various preparations, from sweet to savory.

Pride of Giusti’s acetification art, the “Banda Rossa” represented the personal gift of Uncle Giuseppe to the current family members. Notable are prunes, black cherries and a sweet spiciness infused by the very ancient woods in which it rested, lingering long after tasting.
