LEGO Creator Expert 10197 Fire Brigade, part of the Modular Buildings line.
The set is complete in the original, opened box, including all booklets.
The parts are packed in replacement bags.
Box is in very nice condition, with only minimal signs of light wear (see photos).
The set is no longer in production and is particularly popular with collectors.
About the set:
The fourth set in the series brings us the LEGO Creator Expert 10197 Fire Brigade. The fire station is an older style building and includes a garage for the fire engine. The building consists of two floors with on the ground floor all the equipment that the firefighters need. On the first floor are the living quarters and a descent can be made with a climbing mast. On the façade the year 1932 is displayed with LEGO-styled numbers, the year LEGO was founded.
