French brass and enamel Comtoise clock dating from 1910–1920, with a mechanical eight-day movement and half-hour strike on a single gong, in used condition and not in working order.

Antique Comtoise clock
Magnificent antique clock with authentic charm, featuring an enamel dial with Roman numerals and a rich gilded metal pediment depicting a rural scene (horse-drawn carriage, figures, and a village). A true statement piece that will bring a vintage, warm touch to your interior.
The mechanism is accessible, with its original gears, and its two weight-driven drums. The striking bell is present but broken. The clock requires substantial overhaul (visible wear and oxidation), making it an excellent base for restoration or for decoration.
